Terms and Conditions - Airsoft Army

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Airsoft Army and its customers regarding the sale of Airsoft weapons. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products
All products offered by Airsoft Army comply with Dutch laws and regulations concerning Airsoft. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the legal requirements for owning and using Airsoft weapons.

3. Ordering and Delivery
Upon receiving your order, we will process and dispatch it as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any applicable shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via [email/customer service].
  • The products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, or no longer resalable due to use.

7. Warranty and Complaints
All products come with a warranty period of at least 12 months unless stated otherwise. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

8. Liability
Airsoft Army is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products. Please ensure you carefully follow the manual and safety instructions.

9. Applicable Law
All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
